“I was charged with Impaired Driving (DUI), and blood alcohol level exceeding over 80 milligrams per 100 milliliters of blood in November of 2023. I also had a previous conviction of the same 25 years ago. Kruse Law and there team were able to get me a plea bargain deal for Careless Driving and a 1000 dollar fine. I researched whether it is worth getting a lawyer for such charges. I found out in the majority of cases it is and I would have likely paid more on the increase in car insurance over the next 3 years than my lawyer fees and still had a criminal record on top of that. I am vary pleased and thankful for the outcome they were able to obtain for me.
