Jodie has been a legal assistant for 28 years working solely in the area of criminal law for three of the top criminal lawyers in Ontario, including Michael Kruse. Jodie has been one of our office Managers at Kruse Law Firm for 2 and a half years.
She is a dedicated and hard working person and has a vast knowledge of all administrative and procedural aspects of all criminal related offences. 2007 – Law Clerk Diploma, St. Clair College, Windsor, Ontario. Born: Hamilton, Ontario
Jennifer Lyn attended St. Clair College and graduated with Honours in the Law Clerk program in 2007.
After completing her internship with the Crown Attorney’s Office in Windsor, Ontario, she was immediately hired for a full time position with Kruse Law Firm in the Summer of 2007.
In addition to her role as the Office Manager of Kruse Law Firm’s Kitchener office, some of her duties include, but are not limited to; dealing with our website online inquiries and conducting initial client meetings to provide our clients with a better understanding of the criminal court process. She also works closely with our lawyers to assist with their clients’ files.
Jennifer is a dedicated, hardworking, skilled and compassionate person who enjoys helping our clients feel more at ease regarding the stresses of dealing with a criminal offence. When she is not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and 2 children.
Samantha successfully completed a 2 year legal office administration program in 2012 at Conestoga College. She also completed a 90 hour placement at a civil litigation law firm.
She then obtained an Ontario Graduate Certificate for the Paralegal Program with high distinction in 2013. During this program, Samantha further completed a 120 hour practicum at a criminal law firm which developed her passion for criminal law.
Samantha passed the Law Society licensing exam for Paralegals in Ontario in 2013.
Samantha was hired on full time as an office manager at Kruse Law Firm in August of 2013 during which time she also obtained her Commissioner of Oaths certificate from the Law Society.
Samantha is a highly skilled legal assistant and office manager who genuinely enjoys working as a team with the various Kruse law firm lawyers to ensure that our clients’ rights and reputations are fought for.
Danielle Bourgeois graduated from St. Clair College in 2010 with a diploma in International Business and a graduate diploma in Paralegal studies. In 2011, she received her Paralegal licence from the Law Society of Ontario. She has since gained extensive knowledge and experience in the defence of Criminal Code and Highway Traffic Act offences across the province of Ontario.
Danielle became a member of the Kruse Law Firm team as an office manager and paralegal in 2015. This role has allowed her to further develop her passion for criminal law.
Danielle strives to provide the highest standard of customer service to each and every client she deals with. She is compassionate, uplifting, and is always happy to assist in any way possible.
