George Christakos

George Christakos, Impaired Driving LawyerGeorge Christakos J.D. is originally from Gatineau, Quebec, Canada. In 2002, George Christakos graduated from the University of Ottawa with a B.A. in Political Science and History. Between 2003 and 2005, he attended Western New England College School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts, U.S.A. where he received his Juris Doctor in law. While at Western New England College, George Christakos received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in the field of Sports Law. Mr. Christakos also interned at the Springfield District Court under Magistrates Richard C. Morrissey and John Robinson between 2003 and 2005.

George Christakos passed the New York Bar in 2005 and is licensed to practice law in the State of New York by the State of New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division. In 2007, George completed the National Committee of Accreditation exams in Canada enabling him to continue his legal career in Canada. George articled under Michael A. Kruse in 2008, where he gained extensive experience in criminal defence work with a specialized interest in cases dealing with impaired driving, over 80 and Failure to Provide Breath samples. George Christakos was called to the Ontario Bar in January 2009.
